Account Terms

Fameball does not pre-screen content users may post on this site, but Fameball has the right at its sole discretion to refuse or remove any content posted on the site including content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, pornographic, or objectionable in any other way. Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You and Fameball each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York and the federal courts of the southern district, located in New York City, New York.
