Image Credit: Joan Marcus The Book of Mormon , the musical comedy from the creators of South Park , was the big winner this morning when the 2011 Tony Award nominations were announced, earning 14 nominations, including Best Musical, Best Book, Best Score, and Best Direction.

The Scottsboro Boys also cleaned up, with 12 nods.
