The Associates Press just confirmed that the woman taken away by stretcher from Tiger Woods home early Tuesday morning after a 911 call was his mother-in-law, Barbro Holmberg. Officials at the hospital's emergency room told Fox News earlier that the woman - who initially wasn't identified - was released after she was taken there from his Florida mansion Tuesday morning.
Woods' mother-in-law was taken "on advanced life support" from Woods' $2.6M after firefighters received a call at 2:36 a.m. Tuesday.
The ambulance transported the woman to Health Central Hospital, the same hospital that Woods was treated at on Nov. 27 after he crashed his black Cadillac Escalade into a fire hydrant and tree outside his house.
Barbro Holmberg, the mother of Tiger Woods' wife Elin Nordegren, was not at the Woods residence during the car accident after Thanksgiving, but she has since arrived in the U.S. Yesterday, it became public that his humiliated wife Elin Nordegren had purchased a $2M Swedish mansion, fueling speculation that she's preparing to take the couple's children and start a new life in her homeland.
According to RadarOnline.com she has since moved out of the couple's home and is living in a nearby house.
