This is so sad to see! From the look of things, Allegra Versace is still battling an eating disorder, a disease she's been fighting for years.

The sole heir to Giani Vesace's empire attended a party for Uomo Vogue in Milan on Sunday with mom Donatella and Janet Jackson. At least Janet's looking mighty healthy!
