What an idiot!Aaron Carter has been smacked upside the head with a $1 million bill that he owes to the U.S. government in back taxes.Papers were filed in a Los Angeles court on Monday proving that Carter owes $1,010,635.Where in the hell is this clown going to get all that cash?
