Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers all the websites and services owned, affiliated with, or operated by Fameball, Inc. (henceforth "Fameball", "we", "us", "our") including Fameball, FameFit, FameSpy, and others. By visiting, submitting information on, or using our sites or services, the user (henceforth, "you") is accepting the practices and policies set out in this Privacy Policy. You consent to the processing of your data within the United States. This Privacy Policy covers Fameball's treatment of any personal information we gather when you use our websites or services. This Policy also covers our treatment of personal information shared with us by our business partners. This Privacy Policy does not cover the behavior of third parties not under the control of Fameball or individuals not managed or employed by us.

A. Information we may collect
1. We may receive and store any information you enter directly onto our sites or provide to us by other means. Such information may include your name and e-mail address as well as other information you may provide. While you can choose not to share some information with us, not providing this information may restrict your access to our special features such as games, your user profile, and messaging with other users. To have access to these and other services, your registration,including your provision of basic information, is required.
2. We may collect information regarding your activity on our sites so that you can view your ongoing games, sent messages, and other previous activity when your return to our sites so that we can provide you a more personalized experience.
3. You post information at your own risk. We try to limit access to your pages so that you control who sees your information, but we cannot guarantee that your information will not be accessed by unauthorized parties. We are not responsible for any circumvention of our privacy and security measures that may occur. By providing information on our sites you understand that even after removal, copies of you information may remain accessible via cached or archived pages or if others have copied or stored you information.
4. We may receive and store information regarding your interaction with our sites in the form of "traffic data." Such information might include your IP address, cookie information from our sites, information about which pages you request, and your interaction with other registered Fameball users. This data is used to identify server problems, analyze trends, and provide better service on our sites.
5. We may also collect and store statistical information such as the numbers and frequency of visits to our sites. Such data is used as an aggregate measure and would not identify you personally. We may use this information to help improve our services or share this information with our partners in order to demonstrate how people use our sites.
6. We may be notified when you open an e-mail from us (Fameball, FameFit, FameSpy, or other Fameball e-mail services). We use this information to help us improve future e-mails.

B. Cookies
1. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers we may transfer to your computer that enable our system to recognize your browser and let us know how, when, and by how many users our sites are visited from your computer. Our cookies do not collect personal information and we do not combine information we collect via cookies with your personal information on our sites such as your name or e-mail address. Most internet browsers allow you the option to disable cookies, but we recommend that you leave them active in order to optimize your experience with Fameball.
2. Some of our business partners (such as advertisers) may use their own cookies on our sites that allow them to recognize your computer and collect information about how you and other users of your computer interact with them. This policy does not cover the usage of cookies by our business partners.
3. We use third-party advertisers to serve ads when you visit our sites. These companies may use information about your visits to our sites and others in order to provide relevant advertisements. They do not have access to personal information such as your name or email address.

C. Sharing your personal information
We will never rent nor sell your personal information to anyone. We only share information as described below or with your permission.
1. When we employ other companies or individuals to perform tasks for us we may need to share your information with them for tasks to be completed. Examples may include sending e-mails, analyzing data, and providing customer service.
2. We may send promotional offers to some users on behalf of our business partners. In doing so we do not provide the other business with any of your personal information.
3. If we choose to buy or sell business assets, our customer information may be transferred. Similarly, if Fameball were acquired by another party our customer information would also be acquired by the new owner.
4. We may release personal information if necessary to comply with the law, enforce our Terms of Use, or to ensure the security of Fameball, its employees, users, and others and their property. This may include the exchange of information with other organizations for the purpose of fraud protection.
5. Any information or content you may volunteer on our sites such as on discussion boards, blogs, comments, chat areas, and your public user profile page are publicly available and may be collected and used by others or distributed across the internet.
6. In cases outside of those described above you will be notified before you information is released to any third parties.

D. Usage by Children
Fameball and its services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not ask for or collect information from any such person nor do we knowingly allow anyone under the age of 13 to register. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under age 13 without parental consent we will delete that information as quickly and as completely as possible.

E. Conditions of Use
If you visit Fameball's sites or use its services your visit or usage and any potential privacy dispute is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

F. Third Party Sites
Our sites may provide links to other websites and other websites may provide links to Fameball's sites. These other sites are not under our control and linkage does not constitute our endorsement of those sites or their services. Furthermore, the privacy and security policies of those sites are not covered by the Privacy Policy.

G. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Fameball may alter this Privacy Policy at its discretion. Use of information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of usage. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy we will notify you by posting an announcement on our websites or by sending you an e-mail.
